3rd Annual Cuyahoga County Transition Expo – May 3, 2014

The 3rd Annual Cuyahoga County Transition Expo will be held May 3, 2014 at Cleveland State University’s Student Center from 8:30am to 2:30pm.  The Transition Expo is an opportunity for families with children with disabilities to meet with over 80 community exhibitors who will be available to talk about the services they provide to young adults with disabilities who are transitioning out of school. There will also be several breakout sessions throughout the day starting at 9:30am covering topics such as waivers, accessing adult services, guardianship and independent living.  You can come for the day or pick the time you want to attend.
