Participate in UCP of Greater Cleveland’s Strategic Planning
You are invited to participate in UCP of Greater Cleveland’s 2015 strategic planning process. As an employee, stakeholder, funder, partner or client, your vision for our future is imperative to our current planning efforts, as well as our long-term success.
This year the UCP Board of Directors and leadership team have decided to take a new approach to strategic planning. We are inviting all stakeholders to help us to visualize and consider what is possible for UCP of Greater Cleveland during the next 20 years. Based on our possibilities, we will then determine what we need to accomplish in the next two years in order to be successful. Finally, we want to examine our strengths and use those as much as possible to achieve our goals. We have partnered with a consulting team led by Jack Ricchiuto and Evan Ishida to help guide the process.
We consider your input to be a crucial piece of our planning and would greatly appreciate your attendance to a one-hour meeting where you can share your thoughts and perspectives. We are hosting two open focus group meetings, which will be led by our consulting team. During these sessions, Jack and Evan will lead a discussion about what is possible for UCP, and how we can go about achieving those possibilities.
The focus groups will meet at UCP of Greater Cleveland’s Wolstein Center, Board Room, 10011 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
