Mindfulness Workshop on May 4th
Wellness and High Performance through Mindfulness for the Executive Leader and Manager in the Not-for-Profit Community.
UCP of Greater Cleveland and Townsend Learning Center’s Mindfulness Loft are partnering to offer you a proven way to reduce and prevent workplace stress, anxiety, worry, and other distressing emotions and experiences.
Mindfulness, the art of paying attention to what is happening right now to one’s thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgement, can bring us more happiness, insight, and focus while relieving stress and anxiety. It helps make us more aware and focused because we are not crowding our minds or getting stuck in thoughts and emotions full of anxieties about the future or worries of the past.
From Aetna, General Mills, Apple, and Google, to The US Army, Harvard, Case Western Reserve, University Hospitals, and many elite professional athletes and teams, mindfulness is being used to enhance performance and reduce many of the stresses in our jobs and lives.
Now you too, can experience some of the many benefits of mindfulness directly for yourself and your staff in this mindful stress relief program designed specifically for the not-for-profit community. Hosted by UCP of Greater Cleveland at their 10011 Euclid Avenue headquarters, the Mindfulness Loft will present a two-hour program with the latest research and insights into mindfulness, neuroscience, and optimal performance.
