Get to Know the UCP Staff – Vol. 5
Every week at UCP we feature a staff member in something we call an “Employee Spotlight” where they tell us a little about themselves – their family, their hobbies/ interests and little known facts about them. It’s a fun way to get to know our co-workers a little better! One question the staff answer is “What do you like most about your work at UCP of Greater Cleveland?” We would like to share their responses with you so that you can get to know us a little better as well. Every month we will publish new responses from staff.
Amber Friend, OakLeaf Day Services Team Lead (1 year at UCP):
“I love all the clients. Just coming in to work every day, not knowing what will be funny or amazing. Every day is a new day to learn more and more about the clients.”
Ericka Coleman, OakLeaf Homes Edendale Home Manager (11 years at UCP):
“What I like most about working at UCP is the joy I receive from making a positive impact in the lives of the individuals I serve.”
Miranda Dean, OakLeaf Homes Memphis House Team Lead (5 years at UCP):
“I love my clients and taking them out in the community to do the things that make them happy!”
Aretha Johnson, OakLeaf Homes Memphis Home Manager (7 years at UCP):

Tiffany Jackson, OakLeaf Day Services Community Connector (7 months at UCP):
