Holiday Agency Closures

UCP of Greater Cleveland’s OakLeaf Day Services and Employment/Transition Programs at all agency locations will be closed from December 24 through January 1. As always, OakLeaf Homes will remain open.

LeafBridge Therapy Services will be closed December 24 through January 1 unless virtual therapy sessions have been scheduled in advance (216-791-8363, ext. 1250).

Administration will be closed December 24 and 25, as well as December 31 and January 1.

All programs will reopen Monday, January 4. All of us here at UCP wish you a Happy Holidays and Joyous New Year!
