LeafBridge fosters the physical, mental, and emotional development of children with disabilities. Families of children with disabilities do not need to feel isolated — as if they’re on an island, apart from the help required. We help families cross the bridge to independence with customized programs and a therapy structure to set appropriate goals and guide children in the right direction.
