Outpatient Therapy – PT, OT, SLP
LeafBridge Therapy Services are based on a philosophy of early intervention and holistic, family-centered care. Our licensed physical and occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists team up with social service and certified assistive technology professionals to make sure each family has a unique program that promotes the development of their child in all areas of health and wellness.
Physical Therapy addresses all aspects of movement including crawling, walking, running and transitioning. Occupational Therapy assists with functional skills across all environments, such as writing, dressing and hand/eye coordination. Speech-Language Therapy works to improve all areas of communication and to manipulate foods and liquids involved with feeding. This may include utilization of sign language, augmentative/computer devices and/or other alternative methods of communication.
Programs serve infants and children up to age 22 with a wide variety of developmental delays and disabilities. All UCP therapists are pediatric specialists, and are certified and trained in the latest equipment, treatment techniques and modalities.
Fees may be reimbursable by insurance companies and Medicaid. LeafBridge has a sliding fee scale based on income.
